Dr. Brian Timms, DC
Clinic Founder
After spending 13 years in retail and bank management, I had a calling and need to serve people in a different way. In 2010 I became a licensed massage therapist in the state of Washington. After running my own business for a couple of years, I began working as a massage therapist for a chiropractor in Longview, WA in 2012. It was through his mentorship and teaching of what it meant to truly “serve” people that I chose to enroll at the University of Western States in Portland, OR in 2015 to pursue my doctorate in chiropractic. I graduated in 2017 and returned to work as an associate and assistant clinical director at Bowlby Chiropractic Center where I was able to hone in on my skills as an adjuster. I am now the proud owner of Timms Family Chiropractic in the Salmon Creek area of Vancouver, WA where I can serve the people of the community in which I have been a part of since 2005. I am blessed to have a beautiful wife, Elisa, mother of my two amazing daughters Arianna and Olivia, whom supports my need to serve others….. and to sneak away for golf on occasion. I look forward to providing you gentle, effective, affordable care and helping you achieve your health care goals.
Nicole Sturgis
Office Manager
I am the receptionist/ office manager here at Timms Family Chiropractic. I got my Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration in 2019. My goal is to greet every patient with a smile and make them feel special and welcome to our office. Quality of care is something that is very important to me as an office manager, so I am always here as a resource for our patients to help with any questions or concerns they may have.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and our dogs. Living in the Northwest the outdoors are a big part of our lives so I love to go camping, fishing, and riding in our UTV.

Deb Ochsner
Massage Therapist
I have been a massage therapist since 1993 and became a Reiki Master in 1999. I’ve worked in several settings with various clientele. My approach ranges from featherweight pressure and energetic healing all the way to dropping an elbow-type deep tissue and trigger point therapy. However, I’m always careful to stay within and never go beyond your pain tolerance—I have learned how to coax tissue to relax rather than force it. Some of the techniques I use are: Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Lomi Lomi, Reflexology, and good ole TLC.
I enjoy creative writing, dancing, metaphysics and watching football—Go Hawks!
Stuart Kelley
Massage Therapist
I received my massage training from Everest College in Vancouver, WA in 2010. I have worked alongside many chiropractors through the years and have focused my craft in treatment work, whether it be motor vehicle accidents, work accidents, sports injuries, or repetitive injuries from a daily grind. There is no better satisfaction than when we get patients back to their pre-accident condition and back to doing the things they truly enjoy.
Fun fact: I studied alongside Dr. Brian at Everest College before he became a chiropractor.
