Dr. Brian Timms, DC

Clinic Founder

After spending 13 years in retail and bank management, I had a calling and need to serve people in a different way. In 2010 I became a licensed massage therapist in the state of Washington. After running my own business for a couple of years, I began working as a massage therapist for a chiropractor in Longview, WA in 2012. It was through his mentorship and teaching of what it meant to truly “serve” people that I chose to enroll at the University of Western States in Portland, OR in 2015 to pursue my doctorate in chiropractic. I graduated in 2017 and returned to work as an associate and assistant clinical director at Bowlby Chiropractic Center where I was able to hone in on my skills as an adjuster. I am now the proud owner of Timms Family Chiropractic in the Salmon Creek area of Vancouver, WA where I can serve the people of the community in which I have been a part of since 2005. I am blessed to have a beautiful wife, Elisa, mother of my two amazing daughters Arianna and Olivia, whom supports my need to serve others….. and to sneak away for golf on occasion. I look forward to providing you gentle, effective, affordable care and helping you achieve your health care goals.

Tricia Jaynes

I am the front desk here at Timms Family Chiropractic and I have an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Medical Assisting. I graduated from Clark College in 2009. I have a passion for patient care and have the ability to connect with patients on a personal level. It involves listening, understanding and being present. The rest of my time I spend renting Rv’s and helping families make memories to last a lifetime.

Sarah Strohmeyer

Massage Therapist

I have been a massage therapist for over twenty years, and I specialize in pain management. By combining neuromuscular techniques with myofascial release and gentle trigger point bodywork, I perform integrated massage therapy with each client’s health goals in mind. My approach is client-focused, heart-centered, and science-based to meet your where you are on your health journey so we can work towards wellness together. With more than 10,000 hours of massage performed and over 1500 hours of continuing education, I’ve learned a lot about soft tissue and which technique to use for each treatment session. In addition to massage therapy, I am a Registered and Certified Clinical Aromatherapist and I’m currently offering Zero Balancing sessions.

Fun facts: I’ve been a professional costumer for 30 years, I have a passion for traveling, and I’m a native Portlander.

Deb Ochsner

Massage Therapist

I have been a massage therapist since 1993 and became a Reiki Master in 1999. I’ve worked in several settings with various clientele and often say the only place I’ve not worked is a cruise ship (yet!). I developed a comprehensive but gentle approach often using intuitive guidance. I am careful to stay within and never go beyond your pain tolerance to coax tissue to relax rather than force it. My hands get fiery hot as I work which soothes stress and pain. Some of the techniques I use are: Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Lomi Lomi, Reflexology and good ole TLC.

I am working on a doctorate in metaphysical holistic life planning for body, mind and soul wellness and am writing a novel just for fun. I enjoy all creative arts as a dancer, artist and author. I also happen and am honored to be Dr. Brian’s sister.

Stuart Kelley

Massage Therapist

I received my massage training from Everest College in Vancouver, WA in 2010. I have worked alongside many chiropractors through the years and have focused my craft in treatment work, whether it be motor vehicle accidents, work accidents, sports injuries, or repetitive injuries from a daily grind. There is no better satisfaction than when we get patients back to their pre-accident condition and back to doing the things they truly enjoy.

Fun fact: I studied alongside Dr. Brian at Everest College before he became a chiropractor.
